Yoshiaki Kawashima
A life-long coffee man and the son of a coffee roaster, Kawashima has a sharp sense of smell. He actually walked around the plantations all over the world to find the perfect tree, which happened to have been planted for only family uses. He eagerly succeeded in obtaining that "treasure". Thus, the cafefully chosen coffee beans from 6 farms were born.
